Puneet founded DataFramer to help teams understand whether their AI is working for users and delivering value to the business. He previously built products at AppDynamics, Salesforce, and VMware, helping scale multiple AppDynamics products to more than $150M in ARR. Much of his work involved tracing problems from a user’s experience back to the underlying systems, with patents covering monitoring and business context. He also co-authored research on hallucination detection and managed research on evaluating AI agents in insurance verification workflows. At DataFramer, he brings that experience to helping teams find where AI goes wrong, learn from domain experts, and check whether a fix improved the user’s experience.
